I have been working in market research for 10 years, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. A majority of my work is done via surveys and A/B testing, but I have experience with broad range of methodologies. My clients include CPG (Consumer Packaged Good – consumables aka stuff you see in Target) such as OTC drugs, first aid supplies, soft drinks/beverages, yogurt; restaurants; financial services; non-profit companies. I began my career as an intern at Nickelodeon in their Brand and Consumer Insights department. The department was responsible for doing research with children ages 5-13 on video games and the nick.com website. The research was about how intuitive these products were for the target audience.
I just graduated with a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of California, Irvine. I am looking to transition my research skills to the user experience realm.
